This beautiful property combines heritage with contemporary design and has been in The Athaide family since 1915, after it was destroyed by termites the family rebuilt it maintaining the original house and gardens.  

The Chickoo tree is over 100 years old and the house was built around it to preserve it , the coconut trees were planted by our ancestors to bear fruit in 25 years, 50 years and 100 years, all of which we now benefit from.
